I dont think you know about skincare as much as you think. First Vitamin C and Azelaic Acid destablize eachother if you use them at the same time. Second you say “use any retinoid” but retinoids get stronger by ORDERS OF MAGNITUDE like “retinol —> retinal —> adapelene” it goes from 0.001 to 0.01 to 0.1

Is ghkcu cope? Only ever used a cleanser and moisturizer and recently started using ghkcu nightly with weekly derma stamping. I’ve noticed a lot of improvement in my skin texture and redness. If I start implementing everything else you listed in the video will it become redundant to continue with topical ghkcu?
