@dr.k.sislow: A super common place to get cavities are the surfaces between your teeth! I see a lot of dentists and hygienists recommend smearing toothpaste on your floss. Which works, but it gets your fingers gross and many patients struggle with flossing correctly. Using a Soft Pick or another soft interdental device to gently massage between the teeth can deliver more fluoride, and also break up the biofilm. DO NOT FORCE IT! hey is there a way to do this that doesn't hurt my jaw. for a month or so now my back teeth anytime I do something to them a pain goes up to my ear and right under it and this sadly still causes that pain but since I have dry mouth I want to do this to help my teeth.
