Breadcrumbs & Panko mix ▪︎3 eggs ▪︎2C. Flour ▪︎1/4C. Parmesan cheese ▪︎Avocado oil ▪︎Seasonings: salt, pepper, parsley, onion & garlic powder. Combine cold Mac & cheese, gouda cheese, salt and pepper in large bowl. In 3 seperate bowls: beat the eggs, season your flour, and breadcrumbs. Form balls of mac & cheese to your size preference, Coat in egg, then flour, egg again, and then breadcrumbs. Store in the fridge for 10 mins while heating your oil. Fry 4 at a time in a large pan making sure to rotate them for even cooking. Place directly on a wire rack when done. Top with parmesan cheese & parsley for a little razzle dazzle! Best served hot with marinara sauce or ranch for dipping!
