When I relax my tummy does bulge forward however I can’t feel any finger separation when i push down on my abdomen. Is this still classed as diastasis if you can’t feel any separation but just have the bulging?

Had four c sections, after last one nearly 13 years ago I still look like i am pregnant. I four finger gap in the separation can’t afford surgery 😫

I had a hernia in my belly button from pregnancy and ab separation, when I got it repaired I spoke to the surgeon about surgically repairing my separation and he said it would result in multiple hernias where they sewed it :/ exercising to bring it back together is long term

I have a bad separation and the gp and physio and pretty much everyone I’ve seen thinks exercise and diet will help fix it. Why is it ok for them to gaslight people like this?

This is me. 3 c section within 3.5 years. Almost 3 years of physio and Pilates and no change. Desperately need surgery and I have severe back pain, however I can’t afford it 😩
