@cookingwithmrsrachel: Replying to @Truth C. 💋 Y’all had so many suggestions on my last dump & bake, so I had to try another one 😁 Ingredients: • 2 cups jasmine rice • 4 cups beef broth • 2 packs Cajun sausage • 1 lb baby gold potatoes • ¾ bag frozen pepper & onion blend • ¾ stick garlic herb butter Seasonings: • Cajun seasoning • Garlic powder • Onion powder • Smoked paprika • Parsley • Black pepper • Cayenne pepper (pinch) Directions: 1. Add the rice and beef broth to a greased 9×13 baking dish. 2. Top with the halved potatoes, sliced sausage, and pepper & onion blend. 3. Season to taste then mix. 4. Place the butter pats over everything. 5. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 400°F for 1 hour.
