39 here. My little brother was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor in March while just starting radiation yesterday. He’s strong as an ox but I know where this is going. I’ve watch him fade mentally. I’ve watch my dad fade because of it. I have had to accept that soon it will be me and my twin brother who are left. My little bro has always been my best friend and I don’t expect I will ever find happiness when he’s gone.
