These cattle come from young Joseph Kerin at Kerin Wagyu, one of our local regenerative farmers producing some of the finest Wagyu in the country. This animal is 100% grass-fed, giving you the rich flavour of grass-fed beef combined with the incredible tenderness and juiciness that Wagyu is famous for.
