I lost half my hair after Tirz. I got all the protein in, had all the blood test done and kept losing for two years straight even in maintenance so it wasnt a calorie or proteon issue. This may help some……. I started a regrowth journey last July. I do Derma Stamping once a week on 1mm started at .5mm for a couple weeks then .75mm for a couple weeks then 1mm. Wait 12 hours apply a hair serum and red light laser therapy. Expensive yes but I bought the Theradome fda cleared medical grade one not just red light. Those 2 things I f feel are the main reasons I regrew my hair. Obviously I use growth serum like the ordinary peptide serum and I also use Vegamour Gro+ and the Neutrogena hair restore one the day after dermastamping and the 2nd day also the Ordinary always at night before bed. I do scalp massages like 5x a week. K18 leave in once a week. Clarifying shampoo once a week. Nizoril shampoo once a week. Double shampoo scalp on all wash days. Take pumpkin seed oil 1000mg a day and a saw palmetto gummy. I wash my hair way more frequently than I used to 3x a week and always blow dry on medium cause wet hair from all research is super fragile. Sleep in a bonnet. My hair is thriving. Is it like it was before? Nope …not yet… but its a 180 from what it was a year ago. Hair loss stopped. All my thinned areas are filled in and now it’s about thickening and lengthening and yes Im still on Tirz. Wake them follicles up ladies, dont lose hope. Im going to try this serum.
