The old me would have done just that! “One more day won’t hurt” until “one more day” turns into 30lb! This coming weekend will be my test. It’s my bday weekend and we have events every day. I also want to look at readjusting my plan soon.

I also didn't spiral this weekend when I ate Schnitzel and Nachos, then the day after some pizza and esspreso martini. Just to wake up 1(!!!) whole kilogram more on Monday. So yes, I'll never have the luxury of not spiraling 😔

Felt this! The singular second an ounce of something not healthy hits my lips my grain says I’ve gained 9000lbs and I might as well just stick to eating crap. You really have to wrap your head around that you’re allowed to have EVERYTHING in moderation. It’s a lifestyle change, not a diet!

Exactly! You need to learn how to enjoy yourself one time and then get back on track but most people after they’ve had a “bad meal” now feel like it’s all over and then spiral and continue eating that way and that’s the problem
