Is anyone aware of how much torture a horse goes through when they are trained to step like this? It's called soreing. It's very painful for the horse.

Except that the training techniques that they use for this is very painful and sore to the horses and it is an unnatural stance for them to walk like this so although it looks fancy to us and the people that own them, it’s very painful for the horses, look it up if you don’t believe me .

I still think that they're amazing but I saw some posts mixed in with all of the love that say that they are torture trained, it's bad for the horse to dance like that. I don't believe it, of course. If that were true then why do all of these horses look like they are loving the attention, they look proud to be performing and showing off their skills and from the dancing horse videos I've watched they have natural rhythm. They seem to enjoy the music, too. I've seen videos and I'm sure most people on TikTok have seen this musician playing guitar and singing to many different animals, including horses and the horses came right up to him to listen to him singing and try to figure out the guitar sounds. So, horses seen to enjoy music, why wouldn't they enjoy dancing too? Just to add in this little fact: All of the animals that the man sings and plays for seem to like music. They're all curious and go right up to him and listen to him singing and playing the guitar. I think that all animals are interested in music. I didn't see one video of these horses being tortured while being trained to dance. I saw a little girl showing/training a giant horse how to step in time with the music, I saw one lady sitting on the horse 🐎 and touching the horses legs to show him which legs to lift and I saw a man dancing outside his horses pen and the horses was actually dancing with him, on his own...happy and enjoying it.
