I've started adding a little cornstarch and it seems to help the breading stay on and make it crispier

I grew up with okra being fried whole. Promise … it is top notch better. (A friend of mine called it turtle tails 😂)

About the same. Never tried paprika but I will now. Some times I add Tony’s. But always just rinse perfect. Egg and milk keeps to much breading on it for me
