@jstewsbbq: Been putting a few @Coolina knives to work, and I've gotta say...I'm impressed 🤙🏻 I tested out the Gator 7.6" Butcher Knife, the Ronin 11" Slicing Knife, and the Kurai 7.5" Boning Knife, and every one of them passed with flying colors. Right out of the box they were razor sharp, felt heavy-duty in the hand, and made trimming and slicing these ribs an absolute breeze. A good knife makes BBQ prep that much more enjoyable, and these definitely earned a spot in the lineup.
