🌺 Stop being so easy to read. Avoidants get comfortable when they know exactly where you stand. The second they can’t tell if you’re waiting, moving on, or completely over it, curiosity starts kicking in. 🌺 Let the silence actually hit. Don’t break no contact every time you miss them. Real silence removes the comfort of knowing you’ll always be there waiting, and that’s when they start wondering what changed. 🌺 Use visualization before bed. Picture them texting you, calling you, apologizing, or saying exactly what you want to hear. The bowcat method is one of my favorite ways to do this because it keeps your focus on the outcome instead of the lack of it. It amplifies results massively and most of you start seeing results in the first night… so don’t be surprised when you get an “I miss you” text right after doing the technique. It’s literally a little life hack if you don’t want to keep waiting or want them to break no contact right away. 🌺 Stop feeding the chase. The more pressure an avoidant feels, the more they retreat. When you stop overexplaining, double texting, and trying to force movement, they finally have space to wonder why you’re no longer chasing. 🌺 Get busy being hot and unavailable. The more you’re genuinely busy, thriving, and enjoying yourself, the less desperate energy you’re putting out. That’s usually when they start paying attention again. 🌺 Fix the story in your head. Stop affirming that they’re stubborn, unavailable, or never coming back.
