This mushroom shawarma might be one of my favorite experiments so far. 😮‍💨🌱 Creamy avocado sauce made with avocado, cilantro, lime, garlic, and seasonings. Easy Vegan Tzatziki * 1 cup plain vegan yogurt * ½ cucumber, grated * 1 tbsp lemon juice * 1 tsp garlic powder (or 1 clove garlic) * 1 tsp dried dill * Salt to taste Mix it all together and let it sit for 5-10 minutes. #VeganRecipes #OysterMushrooms #mushroomshawarma #Blackvegan #easyveganmeal
