What is the best time to eat this food?. TZ STEW AND SOUP RECIPE INSTRUCTION for TZ STEW Step 1 - Blend ginger,garlic,onion,aniseed Step 2- In a pot put all your proteins and add blended aromatics . INSTRUCTION FOR AYOYO SOUP Step 1 - Wash Ayoyo/Jute leaves under running water 3 times to remove dirt. Step 2 -In a boiling water add baking soda before adding your washed ayoyo leaves . Step 3 - Take off the heat once it softens  Step 4 -Let it cool down completely before blending into your desired texture. INSTRUCTION FOR AYOYO STOCK Step 1 -In a boiling water add in blended onion and pepper mixture. Step 2 - Add the locust beans,tuna flakes, and shrimp powder. Step 3- Add Seasoning  or salt to taste. Step 4-Blend the cooled ayoyo and add ayoyo stock in bits till desired taste is achieved.
