side note: to all my DD and bigger bra size friends. Diaper cream also works wonders to prevent skin rub rash under boobs in your sports bra. A little ( little!) bit rubbed in under each boob before putting on your sports bra, before working out helps prevent breaking out in that sweaty, red, skin to skin rubbing rash.

Just a heads up to anyone trying this: the zinc oxide is great for redness, but the thick base in diaper cream can easily clog your pores and cause massive breakouts if you're acne-prone! It also acts as a heavy occlusive barrier that traps any other skincare products (like retinol or acne washes) underneath, which can cause chemical burns. Plus, the high zinc level can severely dry out your skin, and the added fragrances or lanolin easily trigger allergic rashes!
