let's normalize being able to seek mental health without being disparaged, dragged through the mud, judged and threatened with CPS for it. Talking to a councilor is healthy and getting the mental tools to be a better mom is amazing and not something that should be used against you.

There was absolutely a point where a lot could’ve been redeemed and your reputation and dignity could’ve been protected. You’re playing with losing everything, including your audience.
