Top performer also here - I’m a big fan of binaural beats and brain frequency entrainment. It might sound totally wacky, but they locked me in like nothing else. Plenty on YouTube/Spotify, but I also really like IAwake. Still use the tracks when doing deep work at my job.

Love these. My tip for things like writing out the alphabet or similar is to start at the end and work to the beginning, like last 5 letters, then last 10, etc until you’re doing the whole thing

I was told in college the brain remembers first and last so I learned to study in short spurts like 15 min. Also used black and blue ink. Ultimately my photographic memory saved me many times under pressure.

I’d copy my notes over and over again until I just could write half words or arrows/abbreviations and know what it meant. Writing is the best way for me because it forces me to focus!
