I learnt about this before I had my second kid and was going to try it. But once I was in labour, I forgot all about it 🤣 Too busy getting my bags and rushing to the hospital

As a midwife, no we do not say we’re bringing one too. Also, yes, anything that increases oxytocin helps with dilation and effacement.

I did not know this was an option, and I had a home birth. Agree that’s absolutely something a midwife would say! Love this for her. Truly. Not for me but it makes sense, kinda.
