gusto mo bang ituro ko sayo technique pag angry si caller sayo? nadiscover ko rin to bago lang di malalaman na nag call avoidance ka hahaha kaya ayown gawain ko na now minsan pag naiinis ako I assist ginagamit ko na tong technique haha 8 months palang sa BPO this is my first job 😂

Kaya wag kayo sobrang mag pa alipin. If rest day nyo, mag rest day kayo. If hindi nyo kya mag OT umuwi kayo ng maaga. 2026 na dapat gets nyo na “BUSINESS” ang BPO/Call center. They care about the business itself, pero employees? Lol! So-so. anytime pwedeng mag train at pwede kayong palitan. Trabaho, pahinga, sahod. Periodt.

I remember the first time i took calls,fresh grad pa ako no'n walang exp. Iwas literally shivering, my body is shaking. My hands and voice tremble when I hear the ring for an upcoming call. 😌

I know you. Palaban ka kaya alam kong kaya mo yan. Sa una lang maiiyak ka tapos after how many calls masasanay ka na lang. Learn to let go. After mong maend ang call, move on. Kung hindi pa din kaya eh humingang malalim tapos lavarn ulit.

I remember my co-trainee , Sa mock call palang exhausted na talaga sya 🥺 kaya nag-resign nalang sya , di daw sya sanay na minumura at minamaliit sya , and then I followed , I resigned too kasi may pinagdadaanan din ako that time , Nesting. And I can't focus talaga , one thing more is , ako nalang natira sa circle namin.
