Basically when you get a brain freeze your brain senses your body is “freezing” and the blood vessels in your brain widen to let blood flow quicker to warmen up but basically it’s just your grain sensor 😅

Omg I learned abt this, there’s like a pocket above your eyebrows in the middle of your forehead, and the cold sensation goes into the little pocket and traps cold air in the pocket
