Cheddar Bay biscuit chicken casserole 🥧🍗😫 @Red Lobster  - 2 large chicken breast, I halved them horizontally to speed up the cooking process - About 2 tbsp oil to bind seasonings  - your favorite Seasonings (I used: onion powder, garlic powder, Tony’s creole seasoning, paprika, dried chili flakes & dried parsley)  - About 3 Tbsp chicken broth to fully cook chicken  - 1/2 onion, diced  - Drizzle of chicken broth to deglaze pan  - 1 bag frozen mixed veggies (green beans, corn, carrots, and peas)  - 1 can cream of mushroom soup - 1 can full of milk or heavy whipping cream - Seasonings to taste ( I used: Tony’s creole seasonings and Knorr chicken bouillon)  - 1/4 chicken broth for filling  - 1/2 Parmesan cheese, grated  - 1 box Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix (follow instructions on box, I substituted milk for water)  Parsley to mix with butter  (optional)  Instructions If chicken breast are thick, horizontally slice it into thinner cutlets. Massage the chicken breasts with oil and seasonings. Sear for about 4 minutes per side. Once both sides are browned, add about 3 tablespoons of chicken broth, cover, and cook until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of at least 165°F. Remove the chicken from the pan. In the same pan, add the diced onion and deglaze with a small drizzle of chicken broth. Add the frozen vegetables and stir. Add the cream of mushroom soup, then fill the empty can with milk or heavy cream and pour it into the pan. Season to taste, I used Tony’s Creole seasoning and Knorr chicken bouillon. Add 1/4 cup chicken broth and let the mixture thicken. Meanwhile, shred the chicken. Once the filling has thickened, stir in the shredded chicken and Parmesan cheese. Prepare the Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix according to the package directions, substituting milk for water. Transfer the chicken mixture to a pie dish or casserole dish, then scoop the biscuit dough over the top. Bake at 400°F for 20–25 minutes.
