I’ve litterally been too the ER 4 times this week & I wish I was joking. So weak and fatigued, chest pain and tightness, shortness of breath, waking up not being able to breath and every time all my labs were good and they just say it’s anxiety but I’m suffering over here😫

I have health anxiety so I constantly worry about esophageal cancer when my reflux flares and that makes my reflux even worse 🫠

Shortness of breath and tight throat is soooo scary. I have inhalers, famotidine and all but it doesn’t seem to work. I’ve removed almost everything from my diet- hate it 😭
