It’s finding the sweet spot. Enough calories to recover and build muscle. Enough of a deficit to lose body fat. And plenty of protein to support both. This formula is a starting point. Track your progress for 2–3 weeks, then adjust based on your results—not your emotions. Consistency beats perfection every time.
