@barthi77: #stitch with @Meredith Keach I’ve dabbled with solar. Now, they will be paying that solar bill because it’s not cheap and paying the grid. The only way solar can be beneficial if it’s paid off and or you added new solar and filed a tax credit which can usually be significant that they advise you throw down into reducing the solar loan. That’s the hard truth that was explained to me. Or, some people just tack on what they owe from the solar loan to the home sale. Which sucks and isn’t fair because now that became someone else’s problem (unless of course the buyer doesn’t mind). Technically the seller should have to pay to take them off. #realestate #fyppppppppppppppppppppppp
