It seems like he's genuinely focused on rebuilding their connection on a solid foundation, which really sets it apart from typical love-bombing tactics. I feel like you’re being a little dramatic when you say that we as the audience are harming her. Sincere is not punching her in the nose every day, this woman is not being harmed. she has the capability to put a pause or ending to their romantic relationship the way she’s been yelling at him. She has the free will, she’s not tied up or anything.
