I’m confused… please advise.!! 32 and trying to take back my financial freedom but FIRST I MUST UNDERSTAND on a deeper level.! So, if I have the money in my checking for what I would put on a credit card, why am I using a credit card?! Just for rewards, credit score?!

I have a question. What if you have high interest on your credit card. I remember having 6-9%. Now credit cards are 17-19%. How or when do you pay to avoid these interest rates.
