I got pulled over by a very nice police officer in fashion Island, Newport Beach, gave me a written warning only. could have give me a ticket but didn't. hard to find a normal police officer though.

If she didn’t know she was going that fast then she clearly doesn’t know how to drive and she shouldn’t be operating a vehicle

I’ve been pulled a lot (don’t judge me) and have only ever gotten verbal warnings except for one written warning. I don’t argue, I keep my hands where they can see them, I’m nice and respectful… it’s not that hard. Btw I’m Hispanic, have curly 3a/3b hair, get pretty dark in the sun it is very clear I’m not white in person
