Gluten Free Soup Dumpling Lasagna Gluten-Free Pasta: I used @glutenfreeeasy ravioli sheets, but if you can't find them, feel free to use any thick fresh gluten-free pasta sheets or even double rice paper as a substitute. Dumpling Filling (or use your favorite dumpling filling!) * 1 lb Napa cabbage, finely chopped * 1 tbsp sea salt * 1 lb ground pork * 4 scallions, finely chopped * 1 tsp white pepper * 2 garlic cloves, minced * 2 tbsp fresh ginger, minced * 1 tsp sugar or honey * 1 tbsp gluten-free soy sauce or tamari (I use @sanjtamari) * 1 tbsp rice vinegar * 1 tsp sesame oil Make the Filling 1. Toss the chopped cabbage with the sea salt and let it sit for 15 minutes to draw out excess moisture. Squeeze out as much liquid as possible, then pat dry with paper towels. 2. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage with the ground pork, scallions, white pepper, garlic, ginger, sugar (or honey), tamari, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Mix until well combined. Set aside. Assemble 1. Prepare your gluten-free lasagna sheets according to the package directions (you may need to thaw them first). I used Gluten Free Easy lasagna sheets and rolled them a little thinner and longer, but that's totally optional. 2. Once the pasta is ready, briefly dip each sheet in water and use it to line the bottom of your steaming dish. 3. Add a layer of dumpling filling, then continue layering pasta and filling until you've reached your desired height, finishing with a layer of pasta. I made 2 layers of filling. 4. Add a few tablespoons of water or broth to help create steam. 5. Cover and steam for 20–25 minutes, or until the filling is fully cooked. 6. Slice and serve with your favorite gluten-free dumpling sauce, topped with fresh green onions. Trust me—you'll never look at lasagna the same way again. 🥟💛 #GlutenFree #Highprotein #Celiac #EasyRecipe #Dumpling
