That has been my pattern in 2 jobs.. i worked in real estate company as Digital Marketer and Operations manager. They employed an operations manager that charged 3 times my salary and they paid. I quit and joined a telehealth company as their client success manager, I took up social media marketing, Operations and logistics role up. . And they realised and employed someone to do half of my job for more than my salary. And it didn’t sit well with me. I had to leave. I feel terrible about it. I’m struggling to move past it. I’m currently job hunting with zero zeal to work because I’m burnt out already

Mine is the opposite, I used to have a cleaner that comes 3timenin a week to clean the house, her job is to just clean and mop especially the children's room, after some time I reduced her cleaning days to 2time a week and I keep increasing her salary o because I know how much things are in the market in fact I doubled her salary from the original agreement but this lady will always give me excuse why she can't make it and no matter how many times she missed her job in a month I still pay her complete salary until last month when I told her to hold on for some time, sheybeen sending massages telling me she knows she's been negating her work and promises of change, people always try to see how far they can push you.

As someone who has experienced this, I learned that when you’re dependable, people can mistake your extra effort for your duty. It’s only when you’re gone that they realize how much you were actually doing.

حقاً سيعودد 🫵🏻💘،! . . In the heart of Holy Karbala specifically in 1966, a voice was born that became the most iconic symbol in Hussaini history. Basim Al-Karbalaei was not just a chanter; he was a project for a vocal epic that began in Karbala's old alleys, drawing inspiration from the legendary "Hamza Al-Zagheer" and mastering the foundations of the sacred pulpit. Basim Al-Karbalaei was not just a chanter; he was a project for a vocal epic that began in Karbala's old alleys, drawing inspiration from the legendary "Hamza Al-Zagheer" and mastering the foundations of the sacred pulpit From Karbala to Exile: The journey began in childhood within Karbalaei processions. However, in 1980, due to harsh political circumstances, Basim and his family moved to Iran (Isfahan). There, he began a phase of academic refinement, studying the Quran and Tajweed under great masters, which gave his voice the strength to master the most difficult melodies. The 1990s: Global Fame: His true fame launched in the early 90s from the Sultanate of Oman. He collaborated with great poets, led by (Jaber Al-Kazemi), forming a duo that transformed the Hussaini poem from traditional styles to modern emotional themes that deeply touch the human soul and spirit. Vocal Engineering and Legacy: Just as a skyscraper is built in layers, Basim built his glory with vocal layers (bass and treble) that amazed listeners. Blending authentic Iragi modes with modern arrangements, masterpieces like "Khattar liani" and "Tamannayt" became eternal pillars, crowning him as the "Sultan of the Pulpit" with thousands of poems. The Return and Immortality: After decades of exile, Basim returned to Irag as a global symbol of willpower. The story of Basim Al-Karbalaei is a human epic written with patience and sincerity, proving that the voice from Karbala never ages, and the dream that started in those old alleys has now embraced the skies of immortality..si. . . . #حمودي_ال_تسيار #محمد_تسيار #اكسبلور
