Ingredients: • 2 sweet potatoes • 200 g ground beef • 1/2 onion • 2 garlic cloves • 1/2 green bell pepper • 1 chili pepper • 150 g corn • 50 g mozzarella • 50 g cheddar • smoked paprika, salt, pepper Bake the sweet potatoes at 200°C for 50 minutes (top + bottom heat with convection). Meanwhile sauté onion and garlic, add the ground beef and cook until browned. Add bell pepper, chili and corn. Season with smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Slice the baked sweet potatoes, fill with the beef mixture and top with mozzarella and cheddar. Bake a few more minutes until the cheese is golden and melted. Serve with yogurt, lime and cilantro 🌿 Batatas rellenas 🍠 Boniatos rellenos con carne y queso derretido 🤍 Comida reconfortante, fácil y demasiado rica. Ingredientes: • 2 boniatos • 200 g carne molida de res • 1/2 cebolla • 2 dientes de ajo • 1/2 pimiento verde • 1 chile • 150 g maíz • 50 g mozzarella • 50 g cheddar • pimentón ahumado, sal y pimienta Hornear los boniatos a 200°C durante 50 minutos (calor arriba y abajo con ventilador). Mientras tanto sofreír la cebolla y el ajo, añadir la carne y cocinar hasta dorar. Agregar el pimiento, chile y maíz. Condimentar con pimentón ahumado, sal y pimienta. Abrir los boniatos, añadir el relleno y cubrir con mozzarella y cheddar. Hornear unos minutos más hasta que el queso esté dorado.
