I worked on earlier seasons of Love Island. One thing people don’t realize is that the cameras around the villa make noise whenever they zoom or pan left/right. A lot of the time when an Islander suddenly looks toward a camera, it’s not because they’re “breaking the fourth wall” they just heard the camera move and instinctively looked to see what the sound was BUT WHO KNOWS
