✨Nothing✨ should be off limits or completely cut out! I get asked a lot if I cut out drinking or eating carbs/ sweets when I went through my transformation, and the answer is NO!  I did it with balanced, flexible & mindful eating!  I didn’t count calories or macros. I didn’t cut ANY foods my diet. I ate in a realistic way with balance, so it could be *sustainable*! And since my methods were sustainable, it meant my results were sustainable and will LAST!  I eat all of my favourite foods, even some that I used to consider ‘unhealthy’. The truth is, you can eat anything you want, just in-moderation. If we restrict certain foods or things we love temporarily, a lot of the time it can lead to binging those things. Or losing any results we’ve achieved once we reintroduce those things.  So if you enjoy drinking socially, or love carbs or sweets or anything else you possibly consider “bad”, instead of cutting them out of your diet, eat them in a realistic way where you can still enjoy them, while working towards your goals ✨ One of my biggest goals in my program is for my clients to feel good about enjoying the foods they’re eating, indulge and live their lives to the fullest, without guilt. While still achieving the results they want!
