@joexfitness: Click the link in my bio to apply to coach one-on-one with me ✨ ⇩ Full Recipe 🐟 ⇩ Macros per serving: Protein: 59g Carbs: 30g Fat: 13g Calories: 482 Ingredients per serving: - 6oz tilapia, raw - 4 pieces of rice paper - 2 eggs - pinch of salt - 1/3 second spray oil Sauce: - 1/2 cup 0% fat greek yogurt - 2 tbsp capers - 2 tbsp dill pickles (gherkins) - 2 tbsp red onion - 1 tsp lemon juice - 1/4 tsp salt - 1/4 tsp black pepper How to make it yourself: 1. Cut your tilapia into 8 even pieces. 2. Stack 2 of your tilapia pieces on top of each other. 3. In a large plate, whisk 2 eggs and wet a rice paper with the whisked eggs and shake off any excess liquid. 4. Place your wet rice paper on a flat surface, your stack of tilapia on top, and wrap it shut and enclose it with your rice paper and repeat for the rest of the tilapia. 5. On parchment paper, lightly spray your oil, place your pieces of fish on top, and coat with a quick spray of oil and a pinch of salt on top. 6. Preheat your oven and cook at 400 degrees for 13-15 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown. 7. In a bowl, mix together yogurt, capers, dill pickles, red onions, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to make your tartar sauce. 8.
