Make it authentic, don't use AI. It's a turnoff. In the menu have specialty and recommandation. The menu and pictures again should be real not AI generated. Fees dishes that your dad make the best ,and elevated them.

If you’re cutting paneer, which vegetarian option are you replacing it with? I’m the only veggie in my family/friend group but we’ll only ever order from somewhere that has genuine vegetarian options so I can have a decent meal too
