Balloon payment ? Why would that be Bad. A new entry guy in the world of employment is given 30% off interest free and has 6 yrs to raise the cash while he pays a more affordable installment. Why should that person say no to that structure,? Income increase for 5 yrs and some bonuses here and there and other income generating activities would easily cover that balloon after 6 yrs.
