MistressS :

Why are they concerned with the passenger if its just a speeding ticket?

flxgrc853 :

he needs to say that he will not answer questions without a lawyer. he doesn't consent a search.

Jim W :

That is outrageous. These officers are totally on a power trip

Klover 🍀 :

You’re not obligated as a passenger to provide ID. Also, from what I overheard, the driver already received his ticket. They can’t extend a traffic stop for a fishing expedition.

Ryan C :

why do they say .. for their safety???

Gabby :

tidetalk334 :

ChiefWest2.0 :

As a passenger, you do not have to ID for officer safety. That is a motive crap, and that officer know that.

BukBukBaagawwwk :

He’s not obligated to ID by law, but he is obligated to step out of the car. Pennsylvania vs Mims states they can pull you out.
