i started doing last call with my toddler. an hour before bedtime I say last call and he gets to choose his last food and drink of the day. it works 98% of the time to prevent bedtime starvation and dehydration lmfao

I always give my daughter a bedtime snack and drink before her bath. Then after bath it’s straight to bed and sleep . I don’t go to bed without a drink or food so neither should she 🙈
