Being "under arrest" and "investigative detention" is 2 completely separate things, right? The officer went back and forth with it. I understand this was very stressful and I wouldn't want to wish this on my worst enemy, let alone have to go through it myself bc I would be freaking out. I dont mean to criticize the officer, but im wondering.
