I have HORRIFIC abandonment issues and attachment issues with my ex I would never tell him whenever I felt unwanted cuz I was so terrified he would leave me (he did over 10 times) and then he kept coming back whenever I was js abt to get over him

That’s why I don’t talk to people anymore because people left before I was anxious which made me anxious about new relationships and they left when I hid my anxious side because it made people leave and pretended to be ok people still left so I don’t make new friends anymore
