@kyle_hennessy: Replying to @user7591900931329 what's crazy to me is the village of Hamden has less than a 1000 residents and surprisingly has its own police department that I would guess only has a couple officers at most. (The village I grew up next to has 1 officer) Vinton county is the least populated county in the state with less than 13,000 residents which would have a small sheriff department that would oversee the whole county. What I noticed is the house sits on the edge of the village limits and the village sits on the edge of the county so maybe that's how it slipped through the cracks but I'd really be questioning the village officers how they didn't catch this. I will say police in the region can be very corrupt so maybe there is more to the story. Also they sits really close to a bigger city that is in neighboring Jackson county so maybe they are more connected to Jackson county and the vinton county sheriff’s arnt down there a lot. #sidersfamily #vintoncounty
