Please wait for the auto refund. As if you initiate a refund the seller has control over accepting/ rejecting. Any orders not shipped out by 8-10th auto refunded

TikTok hold the money from the seller until delivery is completed by the courier and is only given to the seller a few days after this. So it has not been given to the shop, it will auto cancel and refund after a certain time. I know the delay in this is frustrating, but it gives genuine sellers time to resolve genuine issues.

They're no better than a fan anyway. They claim crazy specs, but in reality they're no more than 500-1000BTU with a fridge compressor in them. A good portable aircon is £600+ for a reason

The best thing before purchasing something it's to check the store rating and also if the product got any reviews. Lots of stores appear over the night and they just sell and don't ship the orders.
