A black hole is a region in space where gravity is so strong that nothing can escape from it, not even light. It usually forms when a very massive star runs out of fuel and collapses under its own gravity. The mass of the star becomes compressed into a very small area, creating extremely strong gravity. Around a black hole there is a boundary called the event horizon. If anything crosses this boundary, it cannot escape anymore. At the center of a black hole is the singularity, a point where matter is compressed into an extremely small space and gravity becomes infinitely strong according to current theories. Black holes can be very dangerous if something gets close to them. Their gravity can pull in stars, planets, gas, and dust. Objects that fall toward a black hole can be stretched apart by the strong gravity in a process called spaghettification. However, black holes are usually very far away from us in space, so they do not pose a danger to Earth. | Song: @Aloboi #universe #space #blackhole #edit #fyp
