Ingredients for one: Base: - 2 x weetbix (gf or normal) - 1/3 cup skim milk - 1 tsp maple syrup Yoghurt Layer: - 1/2 cup greek yoghurt - 2 Tbsp Macro Mike Chocolate Protein (discout: AMB-BEC) - 1 tsp cocoa powder Choc top: - Tbsp soy protein crisps - 4 pieces milk chocolate Method: 1. crush weet-bix and milk until softened. 2. in a separate bowl, mix yoghurt, protein powder and cocoa powder. Add that on top of the weet-bix layer. 3. melt your chocolate and pour in your soy crisps. Add that on top of your yoghurt layer. 4. set in the fridge overnight or until the chocolate is firm.
