Remember these priorities: ⏱️ Time the seizure. 🛡️ Protect the head. 🚫 Never restrain the person. 🚫 Never place anything in their mouth. ➡️ Turn them onto their side after the seizure if they're breathing. ☎️ Call emergency services if the seizure lasts longer than 5 minutes, another seizure follows immediately, or the person does not regain consciousness.
