like you said, pip has nothing to do with work! it helps enable some disabled people to retain a job and it's also claimed by some who can't work. removing a payment that's designed to help manage the additional cost of being disabled "only if looking for work" is ludicrous- not only because some of us can't work, not only because some of us do work, but because some who are struggling to look for work may be completely unable to if their pip is removed
