Absolutely! About four months ago, My body stopped allowing me to eat meat. I feel so much better! As a matter of fact, there isn't much of anything else, I want to eat. I only eat veggies and fruit, nuts and water to survive.

I have a astigmatism so that is why I see floaters. I’m also iron-deficient so I get palpitations. I have notice that i’m always waking up extra early around 3:00 AM or 4:00 AM more during the summer & spring than in winter
