I'd say yeah to the people recommending ironing, but also, the blue washes you out and messes with your coloring because the camera sees you first and then tries to correct, so you see shifts from pinkish to yellowish

I do think you focus more on you with the white. I think if you ironed the white one you wouldn’t even see a background it would just be you. Which is what we want!

If the white sheet was ironed out, it'd be absolutely fine. It gives more of a blank canvas than the blue.

The color balancing on the blue is ROUGH your camera is looking for a neutral gray to base the colors on and it cant find it so it is guessing about the colors and you are turning green because of it!! Unless you are going to film in raw and fix colors in an editing program trust me the gray is better

I agree with the blue one, yes the colors are a little of greenish/orangeish (are those real words?), but still it looks more professional. And I think your acting is more confident/better with the blue background, I would say blue.

You need to color correct if you're using the blue backdrop. Either while filming or edit in post, cuz the blue makes you look green/yellow and its not good. Helps to have a white object in frame during filming, like a clothing item or background decor. The camera tries to find white, but if there is none it asumes another color is. Watch some videos on color correcting, it helps tons!
