The Quran can’t be changed. The Hadith does not have that status. So there’s nothing wrong with believing the good and logical things of Hadith that aligns with the Quran, but we can reject the things that don’t align with the Quran. This has been done for years even the scholars do this. So there is nothing wrong with rejecting Hadiths (of course not all of them) but blindly believing in all of them isn’t good at all.

In the Quran stealing is NOT punished by cutting hands off. This is wrong interpretation of the word . Imagine you steal an apple versus stealing 1million dollars. Do you see the problem with not knowing meaning of the word used for punishing stealing?

how can one reject the hadiths. it like buying a brand new car. but refuse to put in fuel and expect it to start and move. Quran and the sunna goes hand in hand. your Deen in incomplete if u pick and choose

Oh brother! Immediately following the punishment verse, the Quran states about door of repentance: “But whoever repents after his wrongdoing and reforms, indeed, Allah will turn to him in forgiveness. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful." — Quran 5:39 And regarding zakkat, if Allah doesn’t specify in the Quran, meaning there is a flexibility for whatever amount or percentage you wishes to give (open to your heart!).

You said the correct thing but don't hear what you said. The Quran didn't make it compulsory so everyone can benifit from giving charity this is why he didn't put and exact figure it's common sense right? It cannot replace the explanation because. You said yourself we sent down a reminder of what? Not what came before? nothing that was revealed to the prophet was new it was a reminder!!! So you can relate the meassge not explain it! Yes the prophet would have had more knowledge than us but we need to be careful or what we say and what is actually truth an what we think is true and what we tell people that Allah swt said and he didnt.
