As a college professor i encourage my students to use AI. AI can make learning better. Hindi na tayo libro libro lang or stuck sa traditional way na walang masyadong source. Dapat we advance with technology. Hindi yung we avoid technology just because it seems like it’s a form of cheating when it fact it is not. Work smart.

There is nothing wrong using AI in that situation. Yes he is a senator, but even attorneys does not memorize all the laws they still need codals and days of researching for a case. And in that situation, mabilis ang flow, maraming legal basis and nasabi, maraming terms, and as a senator judge they should cope up with the flow. At hindi mangyayari yon kung mano-mano nyang babasahin sa mga codals para makaingindi it takes time. And knowing chatgpt kahut anong tanong masasagot niya, it is the most accurate method na magamit nya. He is using the right tool at the right moment, like any of us would do.

Using Ai platform is not bad guys, ginagamit nya lang for research usually kasi some of us still searching for meanings and values of the word or things even we already know to just comfirm and check if it's correct. And back then kasi mapupunta kapa sa ibang site para lang malaman or may ddl kapang pdf incase need ng evidences, like for example back then yung di pa uso chatgpt or any ai platform we use stackoverflow to research the bug of code or how to install, update, and manage the programming language but now its kinda convenient and easy to use the AI for research/Coding.

I dont think theres anything wrong with using ChatGPT. It can be difficult to find the right sections, paragraphs, and articles when youre searching through the law itself because there are so many of them. ChatGPT simply makes it easier to locate the relevant provisions, as long as your prompt is clear and specific. If your prompt is inaccurate or unclear, however, the response can be misleading.

Atleast he knows what to ask ChatGPT. Meaning he already has an idea. Pwede naman kasi gamitin ang AI to double check an information. Take note- double check - meaning sinisugurado lang niya na tama siya. Kesa naman sa mapahiya siya at sabihing according to Google. Ano mas nakakahiya doon? Atleast si ChatGPT nagbibigay ng credible resources and annotations kung saan galing yung info. Sa panahon ngayon, walang mali sa paggamit ng tama sa technology kung mapapabilis nito ang research why not.
